Zoom in the teeth …use “Quick Mask Tool with brush”
brush the teeth area..do carefully and dont brush anything else..
2.go to select> inverse (Ctrl+Shift+ I)
3.Go to image > adjustment > desaturate or “shift + Ctrl + U”
